DESARROLLO E INVESTIGACIÓN MÉDICA ARAGONESA, SL was created in CALATAYUD in 1994 to manufacture sanitary products related to the treatment of pelvic floor pathologies.

We are included in the CNAE 3250 Manufacture of medical and dental instruments and supplies. “MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURER”

COMPANY ACTIVITIES
– Research, design and development of sanitary products.
– Engineering and Design of the production processes developed at DIMA.

– In manufacturing we carry out the following activities:
Machining of metallic materials (titanium, stainless steel) with CNC machinery and ceramic and magnetic polishing.
Machining of plastic materials (UHMWPE, PEEK, POM).
Fabrication of tissues and laser cutting of implantable meshes.
Injection of plastics (polypropylene, polyethylene).
Manufacture of type IIR surgical masks.
White Room Manufacturing.
Cleanroom washing processes for sanitary products using ultrasound, spray and solvents.
Conditioning of sanitary products in the Clean Room.
Assembly of sanitary products in Clean Room.

– Sterilization of sanitary products.

Quality control laboratory
– Management and regulatory documentation for the approval of medical devices.
