ERGO SYNERGYS is a highly-qualified humane team who share the experience we have accumulated over more than 10 years in the conceptual DESIGN and development of industrial establishments and in critical areas specific to the PHARMACEUTICAL, AGRIFOOD and COSMETICS industries, as well as in other types of installations, such as MANUFACTURING FACILITIES and LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION CENTRES, providing global solutions for each Project.

DESING AND ARCHITECTURE:  we offer optimal, novel solutions, both in the concept and the use of spaces, as well as in their distribution, ensuring activities can be carried out correctly. We also incorporate a wide variety of tendencies and architectural lines.

ENGINEERING:  we adapt our solutions to customer requirements and to the regulatory framework in place, offering the customer our team’s expertise and knowledge and seeking  technological advances in our designs, in the solutions contributed and in the constructive techniques.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:  we guarantee an exhaustive inspection and control for the correct execution of the works, verifying that works are in line with the approved requirements and designs.

GMP CONSULTANCY: we work hand in hand with you in the validation and classification of the project and the installations, guaranteeing that the critical aspects which can affect the quality of the manufacturing process are being properly controlled.

VALIDATION MASTER PLANS: we draft the REQUIREMENTS of USER (RU’s) in order to reflect in this plan each and every one of the concepts related to product manufacturing: location, type of rooms, critical services and support, manufacturing equipment, etc.., and in this way to keep in mind all those aspects that impact on the product.

DESIGN QUALIFICATION (DQ): we draft and carry out the execution of DQ protocols covering all aspects of the project and we study from the point of view of user requirements and from the perspective of GMP, whether the project fulfills. After analyzing the information obtained, we verify the degree of compliance  previously established with the user requirements and the basic criteria of GMP’s.

PROTOCOLS OF QUALIFICATIONS (IQ, OQ and PQ): from the indications obtained in the Validation Master Plan, we proceed to the preparation for IQ Facilities, Operation and Functioning (facilities, services and equipment). Upon approval, commissioning and issue the corresponding report, we validate the correct operation of the entire infrastructure.

LEGALISATION: we advise on and do the paperwork for setting the activity and installations in motion, carrying out the official communications and procedures required in order to ensure that the documentation complies with norms and regulations.

TURNKEY: we do the entire project, minimising risk, taking on the entire responsibility for getting the planned project ready and operational for the customer.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: we guarantee a successful investment through a rational works management. This guarantees the development and commissioning of the project in terms of the agreed timeframe, budget and execution qualities.

We have a MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that allows us to comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as others affecting us (including environmental and OHS measures). This MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is based on processes in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 Management Standards.
